Please call 213-480-4700 for enrollment information or to schedule a tour of our school.
If you are in the area and would like to enroll at SVAH, a RFK Zone of Choice application must be turned in.

Not in our area?
Apply for an Intra-district Permit. Call 213-480-4700 to apply for permit. Administration will review grades and attendance. Once we have approved permit, permit must be approved by residence school. When both schools have signed off on permit, student will be given an enrollment pack to enroll!

Verification Documents

Proof of Residence

Acceptable documents: utility service contract, property tax payment receipts, rental lease agreement, official government mail, current pay stub, voter registration

Proof of Student’s Age

Acceptable documents: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, court order, health office/vital statistics record of birth certificate, dated Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) letter verifying birthdate and an explanation of how this was verified

Identity Verification of Parent/Guardian/Educational Rights Holder/Caregiver (“parent”)

Acceptable documents: student’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate, adult’s government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, department of motor vehicle identification card)
